On 16 Jan, HK has signed its 36th CDTA with Belarus, an economy along the Belt & Road. Before it was signed, the profits of HK firms doing business in Belarus may be taxed in both HK & Belarus; similarly for Belarusian firms, the income made in HK could be taxed in both places.
