Serviced Office
| ▪ | The acceptance of a new client referral takes place upon BRIDGES’ receipt of the Agent’s client introduction unless a notification is sent to the Agent by BRIDGES within 24 working business hours stating BRIDGES has already received an enquiry from a source other than the Agent regarding the same client. |
| ▪ | Rejection Overturn: Where a lead derived from the same client is sent to BRIDGES by two or more Agents, the Agent who sent its lead to BRIDGES first will be deemed the initial Agent. If the later Agent books a viewing and the initial Agent who contacts BRIDGES with a lead first does not subsequently arrange a viewing, BRIDGES shall be entitled to reject the lead sent by the initial Agent and accept any lead submitted by any other Agent which books a viewing. In this case, the later Agent whose lead has been accepted will receive the referral fee. |
| ▪ | Rejection Overturn: The referred client, or its representatives, whose details are stated in the second or subsequent lead must attend the booked viewing at the time and date arranged for such Rejection Overturn to be valid. BRIDGES shall inform the Agent of a Rejection Overturn’s status. For each successful deal with the client, BRIDGES will only pay to one party: either the initial Agent or the later Agent with successful viewing arranged. |
| ▪ | If a client referred by the Agent enters into an agreement regarding Serviced Office provided by BRIDGES, BRIDGES shall inform the Agent of the client’s name, agreement duration, and monthly payment to be made by the client. |
| ▪ | When a successful client referral has taken place and an agreement has been entered into between BRIDGES and the client, BRIDGES shall pay the Agent 10% introduction referral fee of the monthly selected rented Serviced Office unit in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) for leases up to 12 months on a monthly basis, upon receiving the monthly invoice issued by the Agent. |
| ▪ | If the client terminates the Serviced Office contract during the agreed signed period and does not settle the rent of that particular month, BRIDGES does not have an obligation to pay that month’s agency fee to the Agent.

Working Visa
| ▪ | The acceptance of a new client referral takes place upon BRIDGES’ receipt of the Agent’s client introduction unless a notification is sent to the Agent by BRIDGES within 24 working business hours stating BRIDGES has already received an enquiry from a source other than the Agent regarding the same client. |
| ▪ | If a client referred by the Agent enters into an agreement regarding Working Visa service provided by BRIDGES, BRIDGES shall inform the Agent of the client’s name and payment to be made by the client. |
| ▪ | When a successful client referral has taken place and an agreement has been entered into between BRIDGES and the client, BRIDGES shall pay the Agent 10% introduction referral fee of the Working Visa service fee in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), upon receiving the invoice issued by the Agent.

Company Formation
| ▪ | The acceptance of a new client referral takes place upon BRIDGES’ receipt of the Agent’s client introduction unless a notification is sent to the Agent by BRIDGES within 24 working business hours stating BRIDGES has already received an enquiry from a source other than the Agent regarding the same client. |
| ▪ | If a client referred by the Agent enters into an agreement regarding Company Formation service provided by BRIDGES, BRIDGES shall inform the Agent of the client’s name and payment to be made by the client. |
| ▪ | When a successful client referral has taken place and an agreement has been entered into between BRIDGES and the client, BRIDGES shall pay the Agent $500 introduction referral fee in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), upon receiving the invoice issued by the Agent. |
